Site Restrictions
Any misuse of this site is deemed a criminal offence. By using this site, you are agreeing to not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm; post malicious content; hack into any aspect of this site; corrupt data. We reserve the right to report any activity that breaches this provision to the relevant authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as the loss or damage caused by a circulated denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technological harmful material that may infect your computer, computer programs or data.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property rights in this site and its content (including copy, design, photographs, logos, graphics and any other material) remains the property of Weft Vintage Clothing and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content for business related or commercial enterprise purposes. The storage, printing and display of content for personal use is acceptable.

Terms of Sale
You are subject to the following terms and conditions when placing an order on this site. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Products - Weft aims to accurately depict and describe items - their provenance, colours, measurements and condition - sold on this site. However some discrepancies may occasionally occur due to the second hand and vintage nature of the items, and inaccuracies in colour due to various visual display units. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the sizing stated is correct for them, and to contact Weft for more information if they are unsure of sizing or the condition of an item.

  • Our contract - You will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm you have placed an order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute as acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed as soon as we send you a confirmation email of your goods being dispatched.

  • Pricing and Availability - Although we try to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices on this site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

  • Payment - Our merchant services are carried out via Stripe and Paypal. We will check your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Once this has gone through, the goods will be dispatched.

  • Delivery - We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery times due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Compensation due to loss of package - Royal Mail Signed For delivery offer maximum compensation of loss up to £50. Royal Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm offer maximum compensation of loss up to £500. Weft will not be help responsible for any compensation due to loss of package. Please consider this when selecting your delivery option.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, which may result from the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from out stock.

  • Inability to obtain authorisation of payment.

  • The identification of an error within the product information, including the price.

Condition of Items
Weft sells mainly vintage and second hand items, therefore the items have been previously worn or used, unless stated otherwise. We endeavour to explain any wear and tear in the item description and/or photographs but it is not always possible to list all wear and tear, especially on very worn items. If you are unsure please contact Weft and we will provide more information. Weft does their best to investigate the authenticity and provenance of the vintage items sold.

Returns
Weft offers a 14 day return of purchase from date of receiving goods. If you wish to return an item please contact Weft to discuss this and we aim to resolve any issues. Weft does not offer the ability to exchange any purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage).
